By creating an account or using PhysiViz AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
One account per person (no duplicate accounts)

2.2 Account Types

We offer different account types:

Student: For individual learners (30 visualizations/day)
Teacher: For educators (120 visualizations/day)
School: For educational institutions (contact us)

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of problems you submit, but by using the free plan:

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content publicly
Your content will be accessible to all users
We may use your content for promotional and educational purposes
You warrant that you have the right to submit the content

3.2 AI-Generated Content

Visualizations, explanations, and code generated by our AI are provided "as-is" for educational purposes. While you may use them for learning, PhysiViz AI retains rights to the generation system and may display generated content publicly.

3.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including our software, algorithms, designs, logos, and trademarks, are owned by PhysiViz AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Submit private, confidential, or sensitive information
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Use automated systems to scrape or abuse the Service
Impersonate others or create fake accounts
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files

5. Service Limitations and Usage

Free Student Plan: 30 visualizations per day
Free Teacher Plan: 120 visualizations per day
Limits reset daily at midnight UTC
We reserve the right to adjust limits

5.2 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security issues without prior notice.

5.3 Free Plan Period

The current free access period is limited time. We will provide advance notice before transitioning to paid plans. You are not obligated to continue using the Service after the free period ends.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

PhysiViz AI is an educational tool. AI-generated solutions may contain errors. Always verify important calculations independently. We are not responsible for academic consequences from using our Service.

6.2 No Warranties

You may delete your account at any time. Note that publicly shared content may remain visible even after account deletion.
